I discovered Pintrest a while ago, but I didn't really "get" the concept. It seemed really confusing and random and I just didn't really get to it that often.
When I was in Texas, visiting Laura, she gave a little tutorial, and I started following my friends.
I have started going there about once a day, and I have to say, it is pretty cool!
For Homemaking, above all, it is a great place to find recipes, tips and ideas for creative projects.
It's still really random.
It's like going into a curiosity shop where you just never know what you will find.
I have tried some of the recipes that I have pinned to my own boards, and some of them are great! Some, not so much.
The Southestern Chicken Salad that Laura pinned a couple of days ago was amazing!! Even the boys ate it.
If you haven't tried Pintrest, find a friend who goes there and ask for a little guided tour. It's worth the time!

I love the feel of home and I love the business of making my home and homeschool work as smoothly and "Grace"fully as possible. I want to help preserve the art of Domesticity, with the added Blessing of Home Education.
This is the purpose of this blog. To pass along some of the things I have learned, and am learning, about organizing, about cooking, about homeschooling, about time management and other tidbits.
